Shipping: 99% of all products sold on our site is handmade to order and as such takes time to produce and ship. Generally speaking expect 4-6 weeks for delivery after purchase. Return Policy: Due to the nature of making handmade items for play by order; All sales are final. Please do NOT send back any Items purchased. If your item was damaged via shipment, please reach out with photos immediately. We might be able to remake your Items and ship them out to you at no additional cost to you. There may also be some rare cases where a shop credit may be issued. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis by the CharsJars team.
